Whether performing solo acoustic, with the Jeff Winter Band or with his acoustic/electric Duo “WinterStrum”, Jeff uniquely blends alt-country, urban folk, blues & jam band rock for an engaging stage show. Drawing inspiration from such a wide musical palette provides the perfect compliment to his intimate, introspective lyrics. With influences like Tom Waites, John Prine, Dylan, Tom Petty, Lyle Lovett, Wilco & Jerry Garcia it's no surprise that Jeff has been entertaining fans for over 20 years.
Jeff has performed on stages worldwide, from NYC to London, Texas to Osaka, but his decade living in Austin, Texas was a most significant stop. While in Austin, he was fortunate to learn from and play with best of the best. Currently, Jeff splits his time between Brooklyn, NY and Vermont and continues to bring new music to new audiences.
