Jeff Winter is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter/guitarist.  Armed with quick-witted narratives, hook-laden melodies and a great stage show, Jeff delivers a front-row seat to clever story telling.  Uniquely blending urban folk, alt-country & jam-band rock, Winter's music provides the perfect compliment to his intimate, introspective lyrics.  With influences like Tom Waites, Tom Petty, Lyle Lovett, Jorma Kaukonen & Jerry Garcia it's no surprise that Jeff has been entertaining fans for over 20 years.

Stayed tuned for Jeff's new album coming out soon!  Recorded at Trout Studios in Brooklyn, with Adam Strum (guitar),  Chris Lightcap (Bass), Michael Bram (Drums) and Brian Mitchell (B3/Piano).

Jeff has played venues from NYC to Florida beach towns, Texarkana to Portland, Maui to Osaka but his most significant stop was the decade he lived in Austin, TX.  While in Austin, he was fortunate to learn from and play with best of the best. Jeff splits his time between Brooklyn, NY and Ludlow, VT and continues to bring new music to new audiences.

“Gimmick-free performance with enough smart songwriting to satisfy.”
